All specimens are subject to prior sale. Upon receipt of your order, the items
available will be held for a maximum of two weeks. If payment is not received by
then we cannot hold them any longer.
Prepayment is required.
There is no minimum order. However, since we honour actual shipping prices, you
will always save money by combining multiple items.

Orders are shipped from Switzerland the next work
day after your payment has cleared.
Full payment must accompany order. USD or CHF or
Euros funds only. We accept cashiers checks, money
orders, personal and business checks. No COD's. Make checks

Customs Information
Any customs
or import duties are issued once the package reaches your country. In most cases
there is not any customs clearance required, however, if additional charges for
customs clearance takes place it must be paid by you, we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs
policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local
customs office for further information.
REFUSE THE
POSTAL DELIVERY.
If the
merchandise is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty
incurred upon its return.
ALL CLAIMS
MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 12 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT, FAILING
THAT, NO ACTION FOR DAMAGES MAY BE BROUGHT. IF YOU HAVE DECIDED THAT YOU DO NOT
WANT THE MERCHANDISE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, BUT BEFORE IT ARRIVES, DO NOT
REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. IF A PRODUCT IS REFUSED YOU WILL BE LIABLE
FOR BROKERAGE CHARGES AND DUTY INCURRED UPON ITS RETURN.
The customer is not entitled to
claiming recompense or indemnification for delays.
Warning: the
jewels which are
damaged or modified by yourself can't be returned !
How to return an item ?
Within 12 days
of receipt of your order, you may return any of the items which are not marked
"NO RETURN" for a full refund, excluding Shipping.
To return or
exchange an item, all you have to do is:

Obtain
RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting customer
service by emailing to info@gggems.com

Packages
without this number will not be accepted.

Secure
your item and all of the original packing materials, including packing slip,
in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if
you do not).

Send the
package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value
items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of
the invoice plus shipping charges. Darbel du Bourg is not responsible for
items lost or damaged while shipping

Clearly
print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area
and mail the package by a traceable carrier such as Registered Mail, UPS,
USPS or Federal Express to:

Item From My Last Order? No
Problems!
It doesnt matter whether you wish to return just part of your order or
the entire shipment, the process is exactly the same. But please, write clearly
the items you want to keep, and return the item you become
dissatisfied in its original, undamaged, unaltered condition for a refund or
to exchange it for another gem of equal value.
However, whatever happens, we want happy customers - if you
don't like an item, if it arrives broken, or if there is another problem, please
let us know and we will work out a solution
