Policy: Any
item may be returned during a 12-day period. If you wish to return an item, you
need to contact our support department for full
details. Please note that there will be a transaction fee deducted from all
return merchandise. Shipping fees are also non refundable. All return items must
be in the same condition as shipped.
If
you pay through PayPal, the
transaction fee
deduced is 4 %, and we will refund you through PayPal once the stone
received.
If
you pay by bank transfer, the
transaction fee
deduced
will depends on the bank fees, and we will refund you by bank transfer once the stone
received.
If
you pay by cheque, the transaction fee
deduced is $ 10, and we will refund you by bank transfer once the stone received.

JUST PASTE THE GREEN AND THE WHITE LABEL WE SENT YOU ON
YOUR ENVELOPE OF RETURN.
